  The effect of different ways on magnetizing the magnetic tile:

  1. The first type of magnetization is about 10% lower than the surface remanence of the second and third types of magnetization. Generally speaking, the second method of magnetization is more reasonable;

  2. The first method is very convenient for magnetization. Some plants use solenoid tunneling for magnetization, which has high production efficiency;

  3. The second method is magnetizing. Some factories use external punching, some use internal punching, magnetic tiles or magnetic rings need to be glued first, and production is also very convenient;

  4, the third way to magnetize, there are many small motors (mostly three slots) use this way, it is very good assembly because there is no magnetic force when loading the rotor, but it is not convenient to check whether the magnetic is charged.

  5. The first type of magnetization is open-circuit magnetization. Since there is no external magnetic field magnetic circuit during magnetization, there is no closed loop. The magnetic watt magnet is not easily saturated, which has an effect on the magnetic flux density of the magnetic tile. Generally, it is more than closed-circuit charge. The magnetic will be lower;

  6. The second type of magnetization is the most commonly used. It belongs to closed-circuit magnetization. The magnetic flux density after magnetization is also the highest, and the waveform of the air gap can be adjusted by the shape of the magnetic head to meet different motor performance. Requirements, but in the assembly of the motor, it is necessary to use special tooling for assembly, otherwise the rotor may be injured or magnetically broken due to magnetic attraction;

  7. The third type of magnetization is also closed-circuit magnetization (because the rotor punch is a good magnetic material), the magnetic flux density of the magnetic tile after magnetization is generally between the first and second types. : When using the whole machine for magnetization, it is best to keep the carbon brush and the rotor winding in an open state, otherwise the surface of the carbon brush and the commutator may be sparked.
